NextGen Technology provides professional technology solutions including, but not limited to:
Any quote or estimate provided is based on the information available at the time. Additional issues discovered during diagnostics or repair may require revised pricing, which will be discussed with you before additional work is carried out.
While we take every reasonable precaution to diagnose and repair devices professionally, some faults may be caused by underlying hardware failures or previous damage that is not immediately apparent. Certain repairs may require replacement parts or additional labour after inspection.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before any repair or service. Although we exercise great care, no repair process can guarantee against accidental data loss. We recommend creating a complete backup whenever possible before bringing a device in for service.
Data recovery outcomes depend on the condition of the storage device. Recovery cannot be guaranteed in every situation, and estimates are based on the initial assessment of the device.
Managed IT services are provided under the scope of the agreed service plan. Response times, monitoring, maintenance, and support levels vary depending on the selected agreement.
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon when services are provided. Equipment or completed work may be withheld until outstanding balances have been paid where permitted by law.
Warranty coverage, where offered, applies only to the specific repair or replacement performed by NextGen Technology. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, software changes made by third parties, or unrelated hardware failures.
